Since our foundation in 1976, Rafael y Ramón, S.L.U. has specialised in the manufacture of metals (aluminium, iron, stainless steel, copper, and more), transforming them into original, high-quality, and finely crafted elements. We operate two production centres that provide extensive workspace, enabling us to take on projects of any scale or complexity in the international arena.

The implementation of the latest technologies, together with a team boasting more than 40 years of experience in the sector, positions us at the forefront of metal fabrication. • High-Precision Cutting: Large-format water jet cutting machines (tables of 3×2, 4×2, and 10×4 metres with dual heads) and punching systems for the most complex geometries.
• Forming and Bending: Bending machine, press brake, and shear of up to 4.00 metres for shaping large metal sheets.
• Joining and Finishing: High-quality TIG and semi-automatic welding equipment, dry sandblasting booth, cut-off saws, polishers, and PVC sealers for flawless finishes.
