About Us
Leading the Metal Carpentry Sector Since 1976
Since our foundation in 1976, Rafael y Ramón, S.L.U. has specialised in the manufacture of metals (aluminium, iron, stainless steel, copper, and more), transforming them into original, high-quality, and finely crafted elements. We operate two production centres that provide extensive workspace, enabling us to take on projects of any scale or complexity in the international arena.
The implementation of the latest technologies, together with a team boasting more than 40 years of experience in the sector, positions us at the forefront of metal fabrication. A fundamental part of our philosophy is full customer satisfaction, supported by strict ISO 9001 quality standards, which we have followed for over 20 years.
Our quality control relies on both traditional measuring equipment and state-of-the-art water jet cutting systems to guarantee absolute precision — achieving millimetre accuracy in every project. Our methodology adheres to global museum standards established by ICOM.

Our Two Core Areas of Expertise
We apply our precision expertise to support architects and interior designers in high-end projects. We manufacture bespoke metal furniture (bars, shelving, counters) and unique metal structures for architectural applications.
Our specialisation in high-precision metal carpentry ensures elements with exceptional durability, high resistance to intensive use, and cutting-edge finishes suited to contemporary luxury design.
Museography and Exhibition Design
We specialise in exhibition solutions where security and conservation are paramount. Our services include the design, manufacture, and installation of museum-grade security display cases, bespoke pedestals, structural supports for graphic elements, and metal components for museum installations — all fully compliant with the most stringent international standards.

From Concept to Reality: Execution of Unique Elements
We understand that your project does not involve off-the-shelf products. You design unique elements that require precise and faithful technical interpretation. At Rafael y Ramón, we act as your technical partner. We do more than just manufacture; we assess the feasibility of each element, propose constructive solutions, and conduct a pre-assembly in our workshop to ensure the final piece perfectly matches your vision.
